Best store brand feed

We originally bought our chickens from FFH in 2021 and used the Country Spirit feed from the beginning. As the price went up, we started looking elsewhere and tried store brands at other area feed stores, but the ladies lay best with Country Spirit feed and now I won't buy anything else. It goes on sale reasonably often and even not on sale isn't that bad a price - if I get 3 dozen eggs out of a bag (which I do even in January) I'm doing better than the grocery store these days! I like the pellets - less waste, I think - and that it comes in 40 lb bags - easier to handle and store than 50 lb bags.

My 35 chickens do well on this feed . They eat it when they can’t free range here in Michigan. I like the maker of this feed also .
